What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to give our customers the best deal for them. That being said, you often get what you pay for in this world. A good painter is worth their wages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If we can, we like to get enough pictures and information to give you a quote right over the phone. Some jobs require seeing it in person to give a proper quote, so it just depends. If it's nearby we usually like to go take a look either way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We painted our whole lives off and on with my dad and he taught us all the nuances of painting, drywall, texturing, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started this business with our father who taught us many skills. We slowly built a family business for around 5 years and after a hiatus, we are rebooting our business under a different name. We love doing this kind of work. We like to see our customers reaction when the job is done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers. From million dollar homes around Indianapolis to modest middle class homes all over central Indiana. Our customers are always pleased with the results, and if not, we'll stay til it's right.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get an idea of how much things cost before committing to searching for pros on Thumbtack. It will help you to know if an estimate is way too high or low. Go with a reputable company that gives a reasonable price and has good reviews....*hint hint* lol.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It costs us anywhere from $25 to $150 just to talk to you on here depending on the size of the job so please don't click on us if you aren't serious about hiring. And also be sparing in how many pros you contact, no one wants to spend money for no reason.
